Saturday, November 11, 2023 - Duck, duck, abortion!; 11/11/2023-11/17/2023: Nose showed gentle oxidative notes with a white, bitter floral note that helped give it some lift, golden honey, light notes of peaches, and peeled tangerines with its veins of pith. The aromas of peeled tangerines are pretty vivid, like you’re actually holding them in your hands.

Flavors seem to match the nose completely with nice bitter hay, a somehow fresh oxidative note, pleasantly deep golden fruits with a slightly odd bitterness (like overgrown tangerines as a result of overwatering). Shows just a bit better with some air time. Great freshness and lift, and thank goodness for it because I’m sure without it, this would’ve lost a ton of excitement.

Unfortunately, I did not note down the disgorgement date, it was smeared off by accident.
