Tuesday, October 3, 2023 - This is pure, unadulterated Gruner from the first sniff. It’s filled with green apples, fresh herbs, snow peas, loads of white pepper, nectarines, meyer lemons, peaches, vanilla beans, and acacia flowers. The Medium bodied feel is balanced and deft with racy, high acidity and a lengthy finish. This is a picture perfect Gruner Veltliner. The grape may not always be for everyone as it has a bitter side, but I loves me bitter and sour, so it’s all love here!
