  • This is pure, unadulterated Gruner from the first sniff. It’s filled with green apples, fresh herbs, snow peas, loads of white pepper, nectarines, meyer lemons, peaches, vanilla beans, and acacia flowers. The Medium bodied feel is balanced and deft with racy, high acidity and a lengthy finish. This is a picture perfect Gruner Veltliner. The grape may not always be for everyone as it has a bitter side, but I loves me bitter and sour, so it’s all love here!

  • I do not find Gruner with the white pepper bit much any more. this had some up front and went into crisp fruit. plenty of acid

  • It's stony and briny on the nose, veg more than fruit driven with fresh peas herbs and cucumber. More of the same with grapefruit pith on the palate. It's bright, gossamer, and detailed with a Saar like delicacy. Lovely lift, and subtle florals on the back end. Understatedly lovely. Is it profound? No. Is it delightful and joyful. Absolutely. I love this bottling. Happiness in a glass. Drink it and smile.

  • Crisp, fresh, smoother. Nice fruit, citrus and some pepper with a good zip to it. Very saline and refreshing.
