Friday, November 24, 2023 - Opened to double-check quality before The Wine Society's refund policy ends at the end of 2023. One man's barnyard funk is another man's tasty pinot. This is most certainly a cloudy AF pinot. It's starting to turn a rusty garnet colour. Barnyard (manageable levels and nothing surprising to a Sandhi drinker) & red fruit on the nose. On the palate cola, slight perception of pettiance but nothing offensive, mushroom and red fruit. Drink up but no absurd rush.
