Monday, November 27, 2023 - This is the second 375ml of 2004 that I have had in the last 6 months. The first had much more age to it and I was not expecting good things when I opened this one. To my surprise, there was hardly any age on this one at all. While the nose was somewhat muted, the fruit was still very present. The tannins have calmed to an almost perfect balance while still holding the wine together very suitably.
