Tuesday, November 28, 2023 - From a 375 ml. Light golden yellow in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of yellow peaches, apricots & apples with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle, minerals, ginger, spices & a hint of Botrytized honey in the background. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of stone fruits of yellow peaches & apricots & citrus notes of lemons/lime with minerals, spices & honey. Excellent balance between the sweetness & firm acidity. Long lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present but will certainly develop further with additional aging at which time it should rate even higher (95+). [A.P. Nr. 7753010 23 19; Alc. 7.5%] An absolutely amazing wine.
