The only approved varietal that was not present was I think the Pinot Gris, i.e Fromenteau. Not certain of the dosage here but my note says higher dose? Tangerine, green apple, and what Cris called banana in the aromatic, what was a good call, like a green banana. Some at the table were hard on this wine but ti seemed fine to me.
