Palate is seamless and nicely weighted now with strawberry, red cherry, cedar, tobacco, sandalwood and a touch of clove. Well integrated with silky tannin, and a bit of grip on the back end. Starting to remind me of the elegance of some of the Beringer State Lanes of the 80s with more precision and density.

Denis Malbec was just getting going in Napa when he lost his life in a car wreck. Sadly drinking Kapcsandy of this era makes me think of what could have been. Thank you Denis.
