Tuesday, October 2, 2018 - Light yellow with thinly scattered perlages plus aromas of yeast, pear, butterscotch extract, and kiwi. The sip starts with a tickley touch, adds a lemon citrus, and sloshing the wine in the mouth releases vigorous and flavorful bubbles. The swallow is lively, cleansing, and concentrated. Overall, a bright, youthful, and very enjoyable sparkler.
