93 Points

Thursday, January 18, 2018 - Tasted open for a week with no deterioration. A superb wine from the 2008 vintage that has a pitch black color and a taste that is more like a lush and deliciously fruity Syrah with black currant, blackberry, and blueberry, but framed with bright acidity and dense tannin that make the wine simultaneously rich and lively. Overall, much better than you would expect from a Cote du Roussillon Village and delightful by itself and with food.
