Wednesday, March 4, 2015 - Dark ruby, with refreshing acidity and great clarity of flavors. Shows some brick color around the edge but tastes bright and energetic. Went beautifully with tomato pasta and veal, partly because it melded with the food rather than overwhelming it. Fine balance of fruit, acid, and tannin, finishing dry. Very enjoyable and drinkable now and for years more.
