Thursday, December 14, 2023 - As others have mentioned, this has notes of lemon zest, butterscotch, herbs, and bubble gum.
Sounds odd, but it is quite delicious. A bit more buttery than the 2019, which came across as austere and mineral-laden but equally delicious in its own way.

Day 2
Still quite delicious. It's even developed a lovely creaminess -the zest has become more of a lemon curd, perhaps.
