Friday, December 22, 2023 - Solid alvarinho or alvarinho. Needs a bit of time and warmth to open up. Starting drinking and it was shutdown. Opened up when it was closer to 50 degrees F and about 30 mins. Then the citrus, pineapple and salinity come out.
