Sunday, December 24, 2023 - Well composed Cabernet, hits the sweet spot of ripeness, neither jammy nor herbaceous, plenty of cassis and cedar. Medium-low acidity, balanced alcohol, round mid-palate. Tannins are seemingly more prominent on the finish, though plenty ripe, feels like this is moving towards a more structural phase, and will be better at 8-12 years of age.

Good with an hour decant. Hold on next bottle for 2-3 years.
