Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - Deep ruby, very aromatic, with notes of menthol, cedar, tobacco, and flowers, this has tastes of cassis, cedar, red fruit, sour cherries and chocolate. A long, lingering finish, with a dash of peppery spice on the end. This is a blend of Cabernet franc (50), petite Verdot (36), Cabernet Sauvignon (11), and Malbec (3). Medium to full body, with smooth, silky tannins, this wine is rich, complex, and flavorful. Very well done!
