Sunday, December 31, 2023 - cork was saturated with wine sitting on top between it and the capsule and there was ullage into the neck so cork failure. bottle showed oxidation and got a hint of what it might have been but it looked like apple juice and we tipped it down the sink. either needed drinking 10 years earlier or to be put under Stelvin.
