Saturday, January 6, 2024 - Slow ox 3 hours. Some bricking. Bottle felt tired. Fruit fading some plum and smoke. Tannins resolved. No reason to wait on these. Wanted another right bank and opened canon la gaff 2009 right after which was way more lively and fruity
