Community Tasting Note

Thursday, December 28, 2023 - Bright mid-gold with a green tinge. Little sign of development based on appearance.
Nose - vibrant, fresh and complex - still lots of fruit (citrus and figs) with honey, quince, chamomile and buttered toast.
Palate - medium bodied. Intense flavours with lots of fresh acidity. Great balance. If I had tasted this blind I would have guessed it was at least 10 years younger. Outstanding.
