Monday, January 8, 2024 - Second of a case, and it was consistent in its delivery. If tasted blind, this could be a Grand Cru Chablis. Lemon, lemon curd, pineapple, and tropical fruits define the nose and palate. The finish is razor sharp, with faultless precision and balance. I decanted the wine this time, and it paid dividends, particularly end palate and finish, where I picked up nuance which wasn't discernible when last tasted.
