It was a pop and pour and good black fruit from the beginning thru the mid-palate. Agree with the description of graphite and blackberry on the nose. Tannins still hanging in there and sweet. This bottle reminds me of the '99 bottling, which is a real treat considering this 2000 vintage overall.
