Monday, January 15, 2024 - Served room temperature in half-size carafe, not freshly open

Light garnet spread to the rim

Strong warm pepper and light cinnamon hits the nose first, dark plum and dusty wood floor. Not too complex, maybe the wine has lost it since first opened.

Peppery palate, with shallow footprints of cherry and tobacco.

Would love to try again in 5 years
