Thursday, January 25, 2024 - Quite tight in the first two hours, opening up considerably after. Tertiary developing: some mushroom, a touch of green notes. Followed by cherry on the nose. Black strawberry (?) and some spice on the palate. Long finish and clean acid, some slight lift & freshness on the ned. Got more mysterious and intriguing hours later. I can't help but wonder if this bottle isn't a great example, or if my tastes don't align with the mainline thinking here
