Monday, December 25, 2023 - D+0h: medium deposit in the filter, a little bit in the bottle, smells of currant and raspberry D+4h: purple red colour, smells of currant, blackberry, violets, dark chocolate and eucalyptus, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, smooth in the mouth, medium body, in the mouth blackberry, raspberry and violets, in the aftertaste blackberry, violets and dark chocolate, good length (30 sec), really great red wine.
