Tuesday, February 13, 2024 - 剛開瓶很明顯的小白花香氣
酸度我覺得OK
不過不喜歡白中白很酸特性的人
可能接受不了
回溫之後果香越來越明顯
杏桃跟柑橘香
口感不像一開始那麼冷洌
但還是很crispy （這個字我很喜歡拿來形容香檳）
很符合白中白的調性
尾韻甚至出現了一些煙燻硝石味
