Friday, February 2, 2024 - Glass: Zalto Bordeaux
Popped and poured, drunk over two days.
Clear, medium golden color. Clean, medium+ intense nose with some band aid notes that vanishes with time, herbs, floral notes, hints of botrytis. Quite deep.
On the palate dry, medium+ acidity, 13,5% abv, well integrated. Lots of power, pressure, wonderful mineral core, zests, botrytis, ripe yellow stone fruit. Also some “band aid” notes. Very long, mineral and floral. Deep, dense, complex and creamy. Potential for another decade. 93
