Friday, March 1, 2024 - Initial funkiness blew off after an hour, then wine opened up aromatically and on the palate. After 3 hours the wine was showing it's best and went very well with the short ribs served at the Millenium Hotel for Acker's La Paulee auction. I think this wine will improve over the next 5 years or so.
