Wednesday, March 6, 2024 - Similar to mid-range left-bank Bordeaux, but without the plushness that merlot provides. Lean cassis and plum with Bordeaux-like pyrazines. There is also a touch of black spice that you wouldn’t find in Bordeaux. Moderate tannins, moderate acidity.
