Wednesday, March 13, 2024 - Color was a very pale golden hue. Nose started with some struck match stick, and went into the lemony mousse, and tropical fruits. Followed by bright acidity, and more of those lemony mousse characteristics.

All agreed this was best white of the night and went perfectly with he lemon ricotta filled ravioli's covered with king crab meat chunks with a lemon cream sauce at Convivo. A match made in heaven!
