Thursday, March 21, 2024 - Clear deep ruby/purple; clean medium nose of blueberries, cassis and cocoa; dry; high acidity; high tannins; high alcohol; full body; pronounced flavour intensity; palate is tarter and still super tight with a velvety lushness; long finish; still developing - don’t touch it for another 5 years; Penfolds LCBO dinner
