Monday, March 25, 2024 - Pale gold colour. Pronounced and developing nose with ripe yellow apples, ripe lemon, ripe peach, charred wood, butter, smoke and wet stone. Pronounced taste of ripe yellow apples, ripe peach, ripe lemon, charred wood, butter, smoke and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Saint-Aubin Blanc that is much more complex than 2018. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
