90 Points

Monday, April 1, 2024 - Tasted at the Clyde Wine and Food Harvest Festival. Subsequently bought a couple of bottles to try it over a more leisurely time frame. It is just as impressive as I remember it. A very dry pet nat that has only the slightest amount of funk. The Pinot Gris works extremely well here, and this feels very much in a Prosecco style, but with the added dimension of the natural wine style artefacts. Beautiful mouthfeel, intense fruit quality, very clean and defined. Super.
