Monday, April 8, 2024 - Bold and weighty but not grossly heavy or too sweet. The smoky, oaky, coffee bean note overpowered some of the fruit according to some people in our tasting group but I think once it breaths a bit this settles nicely into a rich example of a CA merlot.
