Monday, April 1, 2024 - I can't say this bottle was flawed, but it certainly felt like it had aged prematurely. The round mouthfeel hid the acidity, and there was a faint but persistent bitter note in the mid palate. I wonder if this bottle came from the bottom of the barrel.
