Saturday, April 13, 2024 - Medium gold with an orange sheen. Fresh citrus, floral and tropical aromas with a pronounced marine note overlaying it all. Medium-bodied, almost viscous through the mid-palate with a saline, oyster shell, and mineral finish. Well-judged acidity. This was a match made in heaven with raw oysters on the half-shell, seared scallops and prawns. I really enjoyed this bottle and will not hesitate to buy again.
