Sunday, April 28, 2024 - The Jean-Marc Bouley Caillerets 2017 was quite closed, showing little fruit. The texture was nice and supple, but I missed some energy. It also didn’t really open up during the remainder of the evening. I had high hopes for this but it didn’t show the magic I was hoping for.
