Sunday, April 28, 2024 - No notes taken. This is a superb, young Dom Perignon. It might not be on par with the 2008 in terms of acidity, complexity, and stature, but it is already so good to drink today with all the signature toasty aromas, a beautiful minerality and a fresh citrusy core. Once mature and with a few more layers of complexity added, this will be even better.
