Wednesday, May 1, 2024 - This wine was quite different from my preferred styles of Chardonnay made in Burgundy or Germany. It was more similar to a white wine from the Rhone Valley in terms of its reduced acidity and flavor profile. Nonetheless, it paired well with a hearty poultry dish.
