Friday, May 3, 2024 - Medium lemon/gold in colour with lovely aromas of blossoms, honey & pear.
On the palate, medium bodied, rich, citrus/lemon, honey, pear/peach, blossoms, brioche, saline, medium acidity with a long finish to lemon curd, chalky minerality & a hint of spice. This wine is elegant, complex, but subtle.
Really well done!
