Never rated a white wine that high. Extraordinary WOW, what a harmony, character, finesse, flavor and aftertaste. This is really delicious and so complex. Pear, pepper, butter.

Medium lemon/gold in colour with lovely aromas of blossoms, honey & pear. On the palate, medium bodied, rich, citrus/lemon, honey, pear/peach, blossoms, brioche, saline, medium acidity with a long finish to lemon curd, chalky minerality & a hint of spice. This wine is elegant, complex, but subtle. Really well done!

Tasted at Wine & Spirits Top 100 NYC. This was a pleasant surprise as I had not had any of their wines before. Chenin dominant blend. 10-15% new French oak, rest multiple use/neutral barrels. Fresh, herbal with lots of tropical fruit notes. Low level malolactic, unencouraged, natural result. Very nice mouthfeel. Long. Tasty and I’ll admit I am a Chenin Blanc fan.

Apple, light oak and minerals. Fruity when colder, as the temperature rises less fruit and more oak and smoke and in some ways more complex. Some bitterness in the end which lowers the rating a bit.
