Tuesday, October 6, 2009 - Beautiful dark cherry on the nose with just a hint of earth. Not too dry. A touch of oak. Great cherry flavor. Lots of fruit on the mid-palate with a spicy finish. Paired very nicely with Beef Bourguignon.
