Friday, October 9, 2009 - From a half bottle off the list of L'Oustau de Baumanière in Les Baux. Really open from the get go with a beautiful nose of black cherry, licorice and some slight earth and pepper notes. Juicy and forward on the palate that is so easy to drink now but still showing enough structure to remind you of its youthfulness. Just a delicious wine.
