Tuesday, October 27, 2009 - Decanted 3 hours before a dinner of grilled tenderloin. Beautiful garnet color in the glass. Nose reveals berries, very mild leather, slight oak. On the palate, more berry and oak is presented. A wonderul finish that exudes jut the right amount of french terroir and dust. This wine went up against an old '76 Petrus and held its own. A very good wine for the value.
