Thursday, November 26, 2009 - opened over thanksgiving with ken, yuki and cyn. very tight at opening and after decanted over 2 hours, it opened up nicely. soft on the mouth yet there is enough texture to go with the roast chicken we had for dinner. enjoyed a lot.
