Tuesday, December 1, 2009 - Reeks of Chambord/Rasberry jam. Bits of earth and garrigue on the nose but fairly unidirectional on the nose. The palate wasn't much different with overwhelmiing rasberry notes except for a brief showing of black pepper/grilled beef. Alll in all a pleasing Tuesday night wine (with braised pork) but very linear and a touch hot in the finish (alcohol).
