Tuesday, January 19, 2010 - Decanted for an hour -- deep egglplant color, wonderfully complex bouquet with noticeable mint scent. This wine is already rich and complex with deep, black fruit, but I recommend holding for at least a couple more years. This wine could develop into a monster, and I wish I had more.
