The Tour de Bigorre hid hints of lemon among the fruit grounded by pepper. The taste starts at the characteristic Bordeaux low and heads higher into fruit in a running display of lightness that contrasted with the solidity and slightly gawky Oregon Pinot Jigsaw we had at the same dinner.
