Saturday, February 13, 2010 - Medium yellow-gold color. Medium, abundant bead. Nose of lemon, chalk, flowers, nuts, and bread. On the palate, this has a fresh nut-bread character followed by a lemon and mineral note with ginger and some floral elements coming in later. With time in the glass, this becomes a bit more broad shouldered and is very satisfying with moderate complexity. Good value here. Ready to drink. May 2009 disgorgement.
