Wednesday, March 3, 2010 - Bought it on my way home. My wife had got earlier and had put Conchiglioni stuffed with beef, peas and parmesam to the oven before I came. Purple clear colour, heavy smell of fermented wild cherries (the alcohol 14% so thats why I presume) and dark fruits. Well bodied with a bitter sweet taste of cherries in chocolate plus some spices - cloves and cinnamon. long finish with bitter aftertaset af dark chocolate. Was good with this pasta. Beshamel is a heavy souce and combined with Passata it made nice envoronment for this heavy quite simple wine.
