Wednesday, March 10, 2010 - One of the fiew Monterey Chards that actually measures up to some of it's California neighbors. Impressive, I've had some real dogs from this region. It's kind of like a butter dipped, Granny Smith apple with a dash of pineapple. Nice acidity, medium finish and body. Good stuff for the price. I personally prefer a richer Chardonnay that isn't quite so tart, but this is tasty.
