Wednesday, March 24, 2010 - Definite improvement over 10 months ago. Initially closed but nose revealed lots of dark fruit along with earth and pepper notes. Continued to open up over the course of the evening -- rustic but quite enjoyable. Like the interplay b/t ripe fruit and bramble. Low to moderate acidity. Moderate to high tannins. Lots of time ahead on this one.
